Shipping policy

ORDER TRACKING 

You will receive an email to track your order when it is shipped from our warehouse. Your email will contain a Tracking ID Number and a link so that you can check the delivery status of your order online with Startrack or Australia Post Couriers. 

Same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 11 am AEST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Standard - Free (Australia Post)

2 to 8 Business Days

Express - $15 AUD Flat (StarTrack)

1 to 4 Business Days

DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER?

In the event of an order going missing or lack of fulfilment after it has left the Canura warehouse, the liability for this order belongs to the customer. If you have ordered from Canura and have not received your shipment, please reach out to the carrier service with your tracking number within 5 days after the estimated date of arrival.

We do not ship orders on NSW Public Holidays.
